Net Neutrality - Update & Infographic

Recently, a Federal Appeals Court ruled (1, 2 & 3) that the FCC does not have the authority to impose Net Neutrality on ISPs. This is in direct contradiction to the wishes of more than 2 million Americans and President Obama.

What is Net Neutrality?    Is it a good or a bad thing? 

The simple answer is that as an Internet consumer, Net Neutrality works in your favor by guaranteeing that all Internet traffic is treated equally.
